2. Print out and fill out the Pine Summit Release of Liability Form (PDF, 120 KB).
3. Give the signed form along with the money to your local church registrar. Make checks payable to EFC. That's it!

Notes: (PLEASE READ!)

1. Family registration has been eliminated this year. ALL individuals must fill out the form below, regardless of age (a parent may fill out the form for those who are too young to use the internet, who do not have motor skills to operate a computer mouse, or who are not yet properly toilet trained). The question below asking if you are registering as a family is for room assignments only. There is no special rate for families this year. Family room requests can be made and will be honored by priority:
   • 1) Parents with young children 11 and under (children ages 12+ are not eligible unless for medical or other special reasons)
   • 2) Married couples (contingent upon space)
2. This web form is sent using SSL encryption. This ensures that the transmission of data to and from the servers is secure. Additionally, hardware level security protects the data from someone trying to connect directly to the servers to read it. Finally, even if somehow the data were to leak out, SSL encryption protects against this event by making the data unreadable by humans. Encrypted data can only be read by a machine with a specific key and password that is kept hidden and protected, so if the data were to be compromised it could not be read. So oh em gee, stop worrying and fill out the form already.
